Replacement and return policy

At Saudi Radwa Food Co. Ltd., our goal is customer satisfaction and it’s our pleasure to serve you.

  1. For your safety, Saudi Radwa Food Co. Ltd. does not allow return or replacement of its products, except for the following cases only:
    • Products are damaged or defective and are rejected (prior signing the receipt)
    • Delivered a different product than what was ordered.
  2. To report/replace damaged/defective product or the wrong order, do not hesitate to contact us by calling our Customer Service at (920009422) (during working hours only) or send us an e-mail along with the shipment number at [email protected]
  3. You can replace / return the damaged / defective product on the same day of receipt only.
  4. The product must be in the same condition as it was received and there has been no change in the shape or appearances and has not been opened or used.
  5. While working on the return processes, replacement may take a period of 10 working days from the date of the receipt.
  6. In the event that you decide a refund instead, a refund will be made and the amount will be transferred to you once we received damaged/defective product from our end (for physical verification/confirmation and checking on the condition of the product)
